1. Scope
This policy applies to all used Triathlon bikes bought and sold through dantrihub.com and the Dan Tri Hub showroom in Da Nang, including bikes already in stock at the showroom and bikes arranged through our Buy-For-You / Import service from overseas.
2. Domestic Packing & Shipping
Every bike is inspected, partially disassembled where needed (pedals, saddle, handlebar/aerobars) and packed in a dedicated bike box with protective padding for the frame, fork and front wheel before it ships, to minimize the risk of damage in transit.
- In Da Nang: pick up directly at the showroom, or we deliver within the city.
- Nationwide: shipped via our delivery partners, typically arriving in 2–5 business days depending on the destination, counted from order confirmation.
- You'll receive a tracking number to follow your order.
3. International Buy-For-You / Import Service
For bikes sourced from overseas (Australia, USA, UK, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Hong Kong, Thailand), the time from finalizing the price with the seller to the bike arriving in Vietnam is typically 3–6 weeks, depending on the country of origin and international carriers available at the time. 4. Shipping Costs
Domestic shipping and international buy-for-you service fees are quoted separately and transparently per order (never bundled into the bike price), based on actual weight/volume and destination. The exact fee is confirmed with you before your order is placed or shipped.
5. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the box and the bike's condition as soon as you receive it — ideally while filming or photographing the unboxing. If you find damage caused during transit, please notify Dan Tri Hub within 24 hours of delivery, with photos/video, so we can resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.
6. Returns Policy
Because these are used bikes, every bike is described, given a condition rating (%), and photographed in detail before listing, and customers can also book a Bike Fit consultation to confirm sizing before buying. Given that:
- You may return or exchange a bike within 48 hours of delivery if it has an undisclosed technical defect, or its actual condition differs materially from the description/photos provided.
- The returned bike must include all original accessories, with no modifications or added components since delivery.
- If the issue is due to an error in Dan Tri Hub's description, we cover the return shipping cost; in other cases, the customer covers shipping both ways.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the bike is received back and its condition is confirmed.
7. Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear (tires, brake cables, chain lube, etc.) already disclosed in the condition description.
- Minor color variation due to photography lighting conditions.
- Bikes that have been used, modified, or show signs of self-repair after delivery.
- Returns requested for personal reasons (change of mind) after the order and Bike Fit sizing have already been confirmed.
